I want to add lbs of lean muscle and lose as much body fat as possible. I am also up for hip replacement in Jan I am doing an intense pre-op rehab program to strengthen my entire hip mechanics so, if I can be at peak muscular and cardiovascular condition by Jan, my goals are met.
