I would say 30mg is probably a bit low to be honest 40 mg would give you much better results. I love dbol and usually keep a good amount of the size, though everyone is different and I have found that some dbols are 'cleaner', than others if that makes sense.
I find some I get better gains with. I usually run 6 weeks at 50mg a day and put on around 20llbs. Of that I usually keep around half. I find that I can train stronger off the dbol rather than on it as the pumps can be painful especially in the arms!
You have to make sure your training is up to scratch. There are so many guys that don't train hard enough at my gym. Thanks mkh02, great reply! That fits with what most have said, keep around half of the size gains, so I'm well prepared for that - not like some I've read who expect it to put on 1. Heard the pumps can be an issue too, any tips to minimise them? I'm going balls-out with my training at the mo as it is, but will drive even more when I'm on and the weeks after too I do find at about 5 weeks I can feel a bit under the weather I think it is just the stress on the liver but I doubt you will have any problems at all on 30mg.
The pumps are ridiculous. Arm day is very extreme, so much that I try to get in hit them hard and heavy say about 10 sets of around 8 reps and finish. Before the pump becomes too massive. They come with the territory on dbol but you learn to love it. Makes you look huge as well lol! Everyone is different but if you are training properly ie: One thing I recently re-learned after years is how important techinique is.
Sounds daft as it is the most emphasised thing but it is easy especially on gear to just start throwing up heavy weights. I used to be terrible for that.. I am preacher curling around kg for power work then finishing off with 12kg dumbells and my arms have never been bigger.

See far too many numptees with eyes bigger than their muscles, trying to lift weights that they can't complete the movement with. Got to push yourself for sure, but what's the point bench pressing for 1" depth???? I am currently on a low-carb regeime, but if they are needed to grow to my full potential, I'll re-address that.
Does that need to change? Its funny isn't it. Basically the first thing any weight training book will tell you yet I see it disregarded all the time in gyms. My physique has come on so much since i started doing the exercises properly. Don't get me wrong its good fun to beast it now and then but my physique and those I train come on so much when they sort out theri technique and stop trying to chase extra pundage every session.
You will always be able to add more weight on if you progressively make your technique worse to accommodate it. I used to do rows with 4 20 plates a side, now I am going deep full extention rows with about 2 plates and a 10 plate on and my back size as well as definition is looking class!
I keep my carb intake moderately high. I am 6'7 and currently llbs so don't have to worry too much about excess weight. I would be really cautious of anyone telling you to keep carbs low to try and stay lean.
Obviously don't go overboard but you need a good amount of food. For instance my food yesterday was: I don't really measure it but I am fairly consistent with my portion sizes and food types.
That is enough for me to grow at a good rate without putting on too much fat. Sometimes I cut the crisps or peanut butter and loose a few pounds from my waist. Everyone is different, you will have to see what works for you. I am on mg of Test Enth a week and I put around llbs on per week and it is good gains. Terrible for cholesterol levels espically when on cycle!! I've done 2 DBol only cycles and the second one was wicked, but the first one was pretty good too.
I was taking Mutant Mass alongside a proper diet with carbs and protein my main priority and put on nearly 20 pounds in 4 weeks. Then after that I put on probably an extra 7 pounds on over the last two weeks as i slacked a bit due to personal life issues.
I did 2 weeks of 30mg a day, then 4 weeks at 40mg, and once you get into week 3, I went into hyperdrive and blew up. The pumps in my arms and back on those training days were insane!! Came home and my dad couldnt get over the size of my arms, noticeable size put on during my cycle too. I rate dBol cycles Great responses guys, can't wait to get on it now!! I'll have another look at my diet, and get some good carbs in there.
