My DS had eczema from a very young age until just lately, I'm pretty sure the start of it all was when he had a reaction to sunscreen from a baby and for years after we had a constant battle with different lotions making him itch and even dermologically tested products making his eczema worse. It turns out that after doing a bit of research myself that all of the products that made his skin have a reaction had parrafin in them.
I went to the Gp to explain my find and she then prescribed him with Aveeno cream which is paraffin free and hydrocortisone to clear the eczema 1st and he has now been eczema free for 6 months. Hope this helps Report this. Hey guys, my baby had an extremely severe case of eczema across her entire body and scalp, nothing worked!

I was already instructed by my nurse not to use any detergent or fabric softeners on his clothes even before the bumps started to appear. Could this be that my baby has eczema or is it something else? I had eczema when I was younger so I'm wondering.
