This guy is an idiot Motpol outspoken goal is to form a society within the society. To create a cultural "motpol" to the liberal norms of society. The Antonio Gramsci Reader" on their website. There is a difference in being inspired and understanding someones work and leaching of it. Joakim Andersen have no interest in "understanding" a philosopher, historian or writer. He just looks for any thing in their writing, no matter how insignificant it might be, to justify his own traditionalist view point.
If you would ask Joakim Andersen to describe his ideal society, one would probably laugh. Because he does not strive to create a holistic ideology. That is what is so bad about Motpol, there opportunism and intellectual dishonesty. At least he is a nationalist and against immigration.
He is not afraid to speak up and he actually made some good points, even though he is a little goofy. Originally Posted by jdtj. I actually think he's doing a good job! The men that our youngsters see on TV and that are put in front of them as role models are feminised, weak, homosexual - or - wiggers, criminals, degenerates or office rats. He might be simplistic in his views and opinions, but he does promote quite a healthy life style, such as self pride, national pride, courage, confidence and nationalism.
He is not a drunk and he takes care of his body. I rather see a guy like that being a role model for young swedish males, compared to the alternatives. The problem when the debate gets too intellectual is that it can exclude people who might be too young to sit down and listen to deep politics, economics etc.
The younger generations are used to youtube and fast clips - his message suits them well. Young males can look up to him, want to be like him, build their bodies and stop being afraid of their own strength. Even if more intellectual nationalists find him idiotic and simplistic, I actually believe that he can be very useful in order to get more youngsters into nationalism. Having looked through his videos, I believe his essential message is good.
He is encouraging healthy living, strength, nationalism and pride. Compare Sweden to, for example Norway, where the stories about their historical heroes are alive, and a lot of young men look up to them such as Amundsen, Heyerdahl, Nansen , in Sweden, we do not have that.
It is not alive among the youth. There is no strong role models really, that encourages our young men to be masculine. In my opinion, as a swedish woman, I really believe that we need more strong, masculine role models for the young men. Intellectuals are good, but it will never encourage the same raw strength as a hero will - which is what we need actually. I understand why you believe he is an idiot - but he will normalise nationalism, entertain the youth and, thus, make a change.
I presume you're not in his target group - which would be people aged 25 and younger. And yeah, I also think his videos are made like satire, they are not supposed to be taken that seriously. Originally Posted by Fjalar.

I don't know if I would call the identitarians "pseudo-intellectual". There are quite many intellectuals among European and Swedish identitarians and I also like the fact that Sweden also has to offer to this kind of niche. Although, it does also appeal to narcissists and pseudo-intellectuals. Find More Posts by SapereAude. I watched a few videos and can't make a judgement. The way he makes the videos and speaks is quite typical to other Youtube "stars".
It doesn't mean he will write the same way. There was not so much depth in the videos - they are funny and harmless - but I guess the Motpol guys know him otherwise as too than just based on the YT videos.
There is nothing wrong liking to go to the gym and training. Though, excessive brains and muscles don't tend to like to be in the same body so he has yet to prove otherwise.
I watched his latest video " Calling out Mattias Karlsson " and it was not that bad. I liked that he was more serious when talking about more serious things.
There should be a balance between seriousness and fooling around depending on the subject. Hope he continues with such. In fact, the nonseriousness, posing and body building stuff may very well bring new audience - and why should one be only preaching to the choir.
After all, it shouldn't be me or other users here who are the target audience at least for Youtube videos - we already are "awakened". Maybe for Motpol, as their visitors are likely not "newbies", there should be more demands. Thinking about that, it might not be that bad either that he uses the simple term "beta leftist" or simplified ideas in the vidoes - the meanings are easy to grasp and who would want to be a beta leftist unless someone self-hating creature.
But it is difficult to take someone talking serious things seriously if he is using too much non-serious bodylanguage, so hopefully he would separate these somewhat.
You tell that 'we live in a recession were tons of people are unemployed because failure of state policies' yet so many people are incapable or unwilling to change the state policies.
And a part of the population indeed awaits that success is brought to them instead of striving for it. Yet another part of the population does not seek any improvement because life has never brought them any real personal hardship. A lot of losers do have themselves to blame because they do indeed have some personal fail that they are uncapable of fixing - and sometimes because they expect other people or the state to fix it.

Although physical strength is emphasized a lot by certain organizations, I think The Golden One's approach provides some food for thought to those who don't want to join the organizations, plus youtube can bring those people in who don't go around already reading nationalist pages. What is 'intelligentsia' after all? Secondly, what makes you 'significant'? It doesn't matter how intellectual you are, you will never get yourself heard outside the nationalist channels, unless you are a politician and even then you will have it hard to get your thoughts to be published outside your own channels.
A good way to fight the leftist self-denial is to give short ideas, make them to question how things are and go to find more answers. To make it short and to the point might work better to wake up people than long intellectual ramblings, so in that sense I don't care if the Golden One repeats old ideas.
I actually liked what he wrote for the National Day but he could had explained himself a little bit more. Switch to Hybrid Mode. Switch to Threaded Mode. Idiot finally learns how to use the toilet thread. Glenn Becks idiot attack on Golden Dawn.
