How to tell high/low estrogen with no blood work?Stdroids bigD29September 26, in Steroid and Testosterone information. Ive been experiencing mega anxiety combined almost panic attack states, including confusion, dizzyness and panic. Steroids high estrogen levels E2 and low E2 have alot of simularity, hence it is hard to tell the 2 apart. The one that htat usually makes people think they have low E2 is joint paint. Low libido is common with both high and low and therefor is not a factor.

High E2 and low E2 have alot of simularity, hence it is hard to tell the 2 apart. The one that htat usually makes people think they have low E2 is joint paint. Low libido is common with both high and low and therefor is not a factor. High 2 usually makes people get bloated, but this is not for all people. It IS so hard to tell, just by how you feel.
Love it when people say - Just get bloodwork done like its so easy. So how much does that cost cos the NHS won't do it. Most challenging hormone for the steroid user is estrogen by far. Low and high estrogen sides are very alike the more experienced you get the easier is to differentiate between them but it will always be tricky, if in doubt get your estradiol checked though bloodwork.
Dry skin, dry lips, dehydration, loss of libido, good morning wood no wood when its time for sex, loss of wood while having sex, loss of sensitivity, dry gland penis , white gland, loss of girth, irritability, mood swings, crying for no reason, dht rage aggression you take out on others , dull orgasm, hesitation just before urinating, night sweats, loss of appetite, constant fatigue, lethargy, constipation due to dehydration , diuretic effect pissing more water than you are consuming , itchy scalp, obsessive thoughts.
When you get one side effect it is just an indication use this list to make a full picture. Say you have loss of libido, acne, uncontrollable aggression, and bloat you know your e2 is too high. Never go by one side only, being bloated only means nothing, having dry skin only means nothing again.
Sounds like low test to me. What are you using? I totally agree about the bloods just im having a hard time convincing the doctor to give them to me, im in for bloods next week, having liver and kidneys checked out. I might phone the doc and ask him to put on test for red blood count aswell? Is that what I need to ask for? Can you go into detail about how you felt as I want to compare to be sure my symptoms are High E. Felt overly emotional, couldn't think about anything else but her, felt angry, lost my appetite, was just a mess.
I was drinking loads as well so E levels will no doubt have been higher, I was on mg pharma test. Thanks I better get it checked out then. I am in Leicester so not far from nottingham or sheffield.
My ankles swelled up pretty bad but went down after couple days, Ive not jabbed in over 2 weeks so just waiting for esters to clear but feeling better already. If you have money for gear, you have money for bloodwork IMO.
Bloodwork is the only way for sure to know how your vitals are. I am very much the same with high E2. I am a moody PMT bitch and the water retention makes me look fat adding to the problem.
